Returns

I'm confident you'll love your Art by Dilley purchase. However, if you wish to return your item please contact me at info@artbydilley.com and I'll be happy to help and advise on next steps.

Returns must be made within 28 days of delivery. If 28 days or more have elapsed since you received your item, I unfortunately can't offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (with tags, where applicable), unopened and in its original packaging. I will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

If your return is accepted, I will email you with instructions on where to send your package. Kindly note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any associated customs charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £50 in value, I recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

I will email you once I have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you. If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved your return, please contact me at info@artbydilley.com


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned: original art pieces and custom products (such as commissions and limited editions). Please get in touch if you're not sure about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return for the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the alternative item.


Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, once an order is placed online there are no options to cancel or change that order online. To request a cancellation, please contact me immediately and I will try my best to help.

Kindly note Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not yet been printed because all Art Prints are "made to order". Art Prints are printed very quickly after ordering so cancelling your Art Print order may not always be possible.


Damages and issues

In the unlikely event your purchase is damaged, I will replace it free of charge. Damage must be reported to me via email to info@artbydilley.com within 48hrs of delivery. When reporting damage you must include your order number, photographs of the damage and photographs of the interior and exterior of the packaging. I may also request return of the product to me. Replacements in these cases will be at no additional cost to the customer. I reserve the right to withhold shipping of a replacement until the return is received by me.


Changes

I may update this Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. I will post the revised policy on our website and update the “Last updated” date.
